Reads like a warning in a pharmaceutical com
There were a couple traits with the writing that I couldn't get past.
First, a text scan for the word "however" would likely have it showing up three times per page. It's as if every argument is made only to be taken back by the author a moment later. When read in that tone, it sounds like the list of conditions for taking a drug in a pharmaceutical commercial.
Second, there were quite a few sentences that repeated the point later in the sentence, such as the repetition of a point later in the sentence. This was aggravating as it caused me to rewind to see if I heard it correctly, which meant I had to rewind a bit to ensure I heard it correctly. However, I did have to rewind to see if I heard it correctly.
Overall, I already knew about 16:8 and more from several blog posts. That's why I wanted to get a book and chose the one that said "mastery" on it. However, I didn't get any more information than I got in the blog post, because small blog posts had all this information, which means I didn't get any more information that I got in the blog post.
