I wish everybody would listen

The information in this book could help people with diseases as well as weight problem. Read/listen to it for knowledge on overall health in your body. And the recommendations are easy to implement and make a habit.

A good one.

I couldn't recommend it enough, it makes managing mealtimes for a busy family a breeze. Take the time to read the forward because it does explain some very useful insights into why things may or may not work. Amazing book!

Awesome!

There are so many fantastic recipes in this book that I had to buy my own copy. I love the way that there are helpful comments throughout the book. THis collection has helped me use my slow cooker to its potential instead of just for stews. Great book!

This fasting is for beginners

The language in this book makes the science of weight loss and body transformation very easy to understand and follow.. I liked that the author presents principles, rules/guidelines and real life examples that allow me to make my own informed plan. I feel like I finally can cure the weight problems and guide others to do so as well. Huge thanks to the author.

Really a good book!

I did a lot of research before buying books on fasting, and this one came highly recommended. I enjoyed reading it and the message resonated with me. I also read authors book on obesity and, between these two books, feel my life is about to change for the better. Recommend it! Well done!

I am happy with the results so far.

Lovely book! Nice Its working for me and I have tried everything. I sit at a desk all day and also have an autoimmune thyroid condition so I am shocked it is actually working for me. Its a great sane way to manage my food issues as well. I make an effort to combine it with being a little more mindful to manage my emotional eating and its working well. Consistently down 2lbs per week so far. Loving it! Awesome book! like it!

Great to-the-point book.

I am following the tips and getting the results. I lost 20 pounds in the first three months (with two vacations thrown in there), and I am continuing to lose. It is seriously the easiest thing I've ever done. Thanks to the author for such guide to IF!

It is a complete guide to IF.

Great to-the-point book. This book has a lot of citations and references from other books that have been condensed into one quick easy to read book on the basics of intermittent fasting. I like that I was able to quickly get what I needed from it. I've started reading some of the books that were referenced, but I was able to quickly start intermittent fasting thanks to this book.

No more diets! Great!

Nice one! This is the way to eat ( or not). Battling weight gain and will power is now gone. This way of eating is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. After losing 5 lbs in one week, I'm sold- and it was easy and Im sticking with it. lovely book!

complete beginner's guide!

This science of intermittent fasting delivers amazing value to readers. The author covers various health benefits in details such as brain health, insulin, hireling, diabetes and cancer. I plan to review the book again a second time since there is so much great info. Couldn’t put the book down. Made me realize how I was harming my health. The truth is, I could not imagine that the book would affect me so much. It was great for me when I started reading the book, I was able to understand that really will help me a lot. Really Good One.

I particularly liked very clear explanation of the role of insulin and the reasons fasting is the way to go as-well as excellent, short explanation of different methods of Intermittent Fasting. I began to eat less now.

I am very glad to read this book. This book on fasting is an excellent addition to the growing literature on the benefits of IF. I feel wonderful after following this book.

You have changed my life

Excellent book. I had started the ketogenic diet seven weeks ago. As I progressed with the diet the hunger started disappearing. I began to eat less and less until I would eat one meal a day and wasn't really starving. I worked my way up to fasting longer and longer periods. I am now on day three and no hunger at all. I do not feel weak and work a very busy schedule with hardly any breaks. I have not taken arthritis medications since I started this diet. If you have health problems I encourage you to get this book, it can change your life.

Loved it! This book is good written

Intermittent fasting is popular diets now. I was able to find out how effective this is when losing weight from this book. Also, intermittent fasting improves health, struggles with diabetes and increases productivity. Overall this book is good written. I know exactly what foods to eat. Thanks to the author
