    everything Bob teaches is sound, healthy, and absolutely true. I am inconsistent, but have begun to follow certain rules because I hear his voice in my head. LOL. love it!!

    What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

    I love Bob Harper. I love Jillian more but I love Bob. His reading was very stiff and there were places where he actually just read a list. A list!? Seriously? There were also references to material "at the end of the book" and there was no PDF or supplemental materials like there were with other nonfiction audible books.

    I listened to this while I was running and it was motivational (because it's Bob Freaking Harper) but I would actually recommend this as a print book. You'll need to go back and read some of these lists that he's droning on from.

    "Love! Love! Love!"

    I have read this book before and tried following his rules and when I chose to follow them the weight came off amazingly! I lost 70 pounds working out and eating based on these rules. Not that I have come off the diet and gained it all back and then some I'm choosing to permanently follow these rules. I know they work, as long as you follow them!

    Would you listen to The Skinny Rules again? Why?

    Definitely, The Skinny Rules are a great reresher course for anyone about health and nutrition. Also, it's only an hour and ten minutes.

    No, Bob was really interesting to hear. Good vocal fluctuation.

    Where does The Skinny Rules rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

    In rank its hard we all know the rules were a yoyo society where weight loss is concerned. When i get off track this will be a listen an relisten and relisten again in my library.
