Hard to do thru Audible

This book was hard to listen to thru Audible due to the "homework" & not being to write notes & drive. Bob also did not narrate it which was a bummer.

Helps change your thought process for success!

Puts you in a good mindset if you're struggling to lose weight. Pairs well with the skinny rules which I also love. Very valid and useful advice.

Picked Up A Few Tips

I don't have any skinny friends so I read Bob's Skinny Habits. I loved his book the Skinny Rules. The narrator was good. It's hard to listen to this audiobook with the habits homework. I felt like I needed to jot down notes. I'm going to rent this book for free at my library and make my own list to put on my refrigerator. My favorite was Make Contingency Plans and Rest for Sucess (I don't get enough and it causes me to eat more). I don't feel like I need an audiobook for these basic habits. It was just Okay.
