6 Keys is a must read in 2019

Jillian always bring the latest research to the masses she stays about 5 years ahead of the science in health and wellness before it becomes trendy, gimmecky. Allows me to trust it and make changes. Thanks for the chapter on Telemeres I am about to listen again...if you want to unlock the fountain of youth invest in this book! Another powerful wholistic resource!

Excellent concepts

I’ve always loved Jillian’s workouts, but this is the first book of hers that I’ve read. I think she’s got a lot of excellent concepts and points in this book, and I am planning to take some of these into consideration moving forward. I did find it to be a bit overwhelming at parts though... I’m not a big science person and she gives a ton of examples proving what she’s telling us to be the best for us. But since I’m not a science person, it was hard for me to fully process it (I may need to listen again and take notes, or buy a hard copy of the book to see and re-read these parts). Jillian is awesome though and I will definitely give her tips a try.

Awesome!

I normally read Jillian's works to help me be a better trainer. I am an elite athlete. ( and because her sense of humor makes me LAUGH! )That said there is tons of incredible information. for me to work on , improve and age with grace and FUN ! if you are a beginner at working out it is for you too!

Awesome!

I love Jillian Michaels! She tells it like it is and doesn’t care if it makes her friends or money. She is practices what she preaches! I think this book is extremely informative. Jillian does her best to make the overwhelming understandable and relatable. It’s a good book to understand your health and how outside forces effect it.

Way too technical

I could not make it through this book. Way too scientific and technical. I just wanted her to get to the point and stop using a bunch of scientific words. Maybe I'm just not smart enough for this book but I just kept finding myself zoning out while trying to get into it. Sorry Jillian this one just wasn't for me.

A must read in health

I am biased since I love Jillian Michaels but one thing I like about her is integrity. She’s not going to write something just because it will make her money. She wants to write to share news with us from her own research and experience. She is an amazing health and fitness coach. If you want to make any area of your life to do better then read this. This is an all encompassing book that making some changes can truly affect all areas of your life.

Great book for improving one's life. It is never too early or too late to start on a new journey.
