Diet controller

I thought the book might describe a situation where a common foodstuff was not eaten by the native people because of one reason or another. For instance, he does not recommend eating legumes, such as green beans and peas because of lectins because lectins are "bad". However, he does not reference any historical evidence that shows a pre-agricultural people that avoided legumes even though they were clearly available to the people to eat.I he recommends comes from modern day science studies and not historical evidence.

Overwhelming abundance of recipes!!

What did you love best about Paleo Diet?

There's so many recipes here that it's mind blowing. If you ever wanted to get into the paleo diet, this is the best barrier of entry to make sure you eat the right food for proper health and physical appearance.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Paleo Diet?

It gave out more resources in addition to the hundreds of recipes already provided!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

This is a fairly long audiobook as it has hundreds of recipes. I did bookmark some of my favorite recipes so I will go back and listen to them.

You can's go wrong with this book because it talks about everything you need to learn about the paleo diet. The best place to start and finish is right here so this is your one shop stop in changing your diet forever by going paleo!

great book for beginners

This is one of the first books I purchased when converting to a paleo program. There are also a lot of practical tools included in the book. It includes an extensive list of acceptable Paleo foods, and the meal plans and recipes are very simple.Very informative...............Highly recommended

Yes, because this is a healthy diet book.

The book covers a large variety of Paleo diet recipes. Recipes are delightful and really quick to prepare. Most of the recipes will take less than hour to prepare. They are simple enough to make, but delicious enough to impress your friends and family. All recipes in this book are saved with simpler ingredients with easy cooking instructions. Your family followers will absolutely request you to prepare these dishes again and again.

Varities of recipes

This is the most common sense nutrition plan out there. Explains what our bodies are designed to eat. I stumbled into this book in researching a couple nutritional truths I learned by experience, and now I have the whole picture.

nice book........This cookbook/information book is making my transition to healthier cooking/living a breeze! I love the step by step process and how to replace unhealthy ingredients with the healthy ones. The Paleo Cookbook has some incredible, simple recipes that make delicious meals that aren't too difficult to pull together for the novice...........This e book provides terrific structure with the aid of which readers can effortlessly transition into the eating regimen without notably converting regular ingesting behavior. In addition to a helpful ahead explaining the scientific idea behind the Paleo Diet, and standard pointers in following the eating regimen, this cookbook capabilities a big range of smooth-to-comply with recipes for every meal.I suggest this all.........

The best book about Paleo Diet

I purchased this book to get my "feet wet" in the Paleo lifestyle. I previously believed that I was close to eating that way already but I was wrong. There are many foods which "seem healthy" but in fact are actually detrimental to your health. I look forward to adding and subtracting different food items in my diet and seeing the impact on my health.
