Horrible

This is most likely one of the worst books I have ever read in regards to fasting. The verbiage is wishy-washy with no direct guidance, and no specific input rather than just an overview of the different types of ways to fast. Even in the arms of her views, it doesn't really give you any second game, and almost all it's not all of the information provided is just regurgitated information from other authors and leaders within the field. Other books that I have read also offer TONS of data to support the findings, giving credibility and specific examples of the results and how it worked. I'd try Dr. Jason Fung's "The Obesity Code". TONS I have information on what exactly to expect, how to do it, and why things work the way they do. Another good one if you want more information on fasting rather than on facts on why dieting in general does not work, try "The Complete Giude to Fasting" this book is to the point, easily understood, and filled with a ton of good information.

It's a simple and highly effective way to lose weight, flush out toxins, tame blood sugar issues and restore a natural state of health and balance to the body. Everybody needs a copy of this book who's planning to b fit.

I am looking for a book that would help me emit my excessive fats from 2016 and this book is so amazing, it has restrictions on when will be the best time to intake foods. It has schedules for fasting, I like the 6th Chapter that talks about meal plans. Great Buy!

This book has a lot of good info.!!!

I didn't realize fasting/ intermittent fasting was such a trend. After listening this book I learned quite a bit. It was a quick listen but had a lot of information. Such as why one would intermittently fast. I really appreciate this book specifies who should, and shouldn't participate in this diet, because as you can imagine it's not safe for everyone.
The book breaks down how to schedule your fasting, and even suggest meals for your eating days. Very interesting.
