Nice book. Explained really well.

This is an extraordinary prologue to discontinuous fasting, yet it is meager on points of interest since it is even more a pamphlet.After perusing this I am prepared to try irregular fasting out. Such an incredible book.

Very good book!

The lauguage in this book makes the science of weight loss abd body transformation very easy to understand and follow.. I liked that the author presents principles, rules/guidelines and real life examples that allow me to make my own informed plan.. Im finding that im far more motivated that way.. This is a great book for beginners and tge experienced alike.

Fast Diet, Fast Results!

I like the way this book is laid out, giving info on exercise, fast day meal plan, non fast day meal plan and recommended snacks, all with recipes. The recipes are easy to follow with ingredients most folks already have at home or very easy to find at your local grocery store.

Great One!

This book gave a lot of info in an easy to understand manner. I am excited to attempt my first extended fat fast before I work my way into a true extended fast. There are some 7 days meal plan also which will help you to loose weight in a proper way. Very pleased with this book. You will be able to know how it can burn your fats and eliminate those unwanted fats in your body. Thanks author for creating us a new book for all of us.

It works!

This diet plan has so many rave reviews that mine is barely going to be useful. So I am just going to say I love it, and share that what I love even more is how many people can be found in support groups doing this diet. You can get a much better impression from the people who are actively doing this and talk about it regularly. That is what sold me on buying the book.

A New Way Of Living

I found out about the diet from a coworker and started it without the book and then decided to buy the book. It is not necessary to buy the book but I was interested in listening about the other aspects of the diet besides weight loss. I liked the book, it is a quick read, had interesting info and was inexpensive. I plan on following this diet the rest of my life. I have not weighed what I weigh now in many, many years.

Great diet

The food is fresh, flavorful and fantastic. Definitely buy Mimi's recipe book along with it. We now eat fast diet recipes multiple days of the week because they are so flavorful, filling and healthy. I've lost around 15 pounds and my husband has lost 10 without feeling deprived or as if we need to stop this 'diet'. We look forward to fast days because we get so much done and have a lot of energy doing it. It's really the only eating philosophy I've seen that can be followed forever.
