THIS BOOK WORKED FOR OUR STORE!!!

I've been the car business for 15 years and I've been with v auto for 5 years. This is the first time we bought in all the way and I mean all the way... we have went from a 90 used car avg. to averging 170 a month and our best month of 222 sold units "wow" i believe in Velocity!!!!
Listen to the book and make all the changes to make your store successful and then stick with it.

a must listen for every car dealer

although the specifics are a bit out of date, the principles remain the same. the book was written after the 2008/9 recession, and references that many times.
