Publisher's Summary

The number one international best seller!

A timeless business classic, Who Moved My Cheese? uses a simple parable to reveal profound truths about dealing with change so that you can enjoy less stress and more success in your work and in your life.

It would be all so easy if you had a map to the Maze.
If the same old routines worked.
If they'd just stop moving "The Cheese."
But things keep changing...

Most people are fearful of change, both personal and professional, because they don't have any control over how or when it happens to them. Since change happens either to the individual or by the individual, Dr. Spencer Johnson, the co-author of the multimillion best seller The One Minute Manager, uses a deceptively simple story to show that when it comes to living in a rapidly changing world, what matters most is your attitude.

Exploring a simple way to take the fear and anxiety out of managing the future, Who Moved My Cheese? can help you discover how to anticipate, acknowledge, and accept change in order to have a positive impact on your job, your relationships, and every aspect of your life.

Good book, but is it really that unique?

Been wanting to read this book for years. Now that it is finished, I'm a little let down. Embrace change! Yup... completely agree. Looking for more insight. Like I said, this is a good book. But if you have already accepted change as a part of life, this may not offer much substance past that notion.

A great story short story.. and some filler

How moved my cheese (the short story) is both charming and insightful. The story is about 20 minutes. The rest of audiobook is poorly written and executed.. truly ruins what could be a great audiobook.

Not bad, but I didn’t learn anything.

“Who moved my cheese” is not a bad book, but I’m a person that already researches how the world works on a frequent basis and “I took your cheese” book is a better representation of how I see the world. Even that book is useless information to me since it doesn’t highlight the risk associated with thinking outside the box and actually give a better thought process in how to navigate those risks.

Great book

Last chapter of the book was my favorite where the author actually talks about experiences and business/personal usages for the book

A must and easy read

I don’t often listen to books while doing other things because I feel like I miss the true message but this book was so easy to visualize and so impactful!
