Unique content

I have listened to many audiobooks and none have seemed unique content until I came across this one about bedtime stories for stressed adults. I think it is very useful because it is well known that we maintain a lot of stress in the day and sometimes it is difficult to get rest in our bedtime. The stories and tales in this audiobook are fantastic and give positive results. Totally recommendable!

Now I feel better

I can divide my life in two parts before this audiobook and after this audiobook, before this audiobook, I had many health problems because I didn't sleep well and this caused me chronic fatigue, decreased attention and concentration, and also irritability and now I feel better without the need of drugs to sleep, it is so relaxing that it is impossible not to rest and feel peace with it.

Yes, it worked

This audiobook has helped me a lot to treat my sleep problem and to be able to rest at night. Thanks to the stories and stories that the author tells in this audiobook, I have come to sleep and I have come to feel much more relaxed thanks to my good nights of rest. Practicing guided meditations for deep sleep has also worked for me. It is an audiobook that I recommend.

A great help

I think that this audiobook is a great solution for many people worried about sleep disorders, whose quality of life has been negatively affected by altering the physiological activities of their body; but that can be overcome thanks to the great help suggested here.
