Very Useful Book.

As a physician, I see patients every day struggling with sleep. Eric gives excellent, actionable instruction on how to make sleep your friend. Far better than any prescription "sleep aid" (they all lead to their own issues, when they work). Even the folks who complain of other issues, such as weight gain, mood disorder, often actually have a masked sleep quality issue, and won't be able to improve until that is addressed.

This book has helped me a lot.

I was most interested in how sleep affects a person’s overall wellness, including weight management, stress management, and daily living, and this book did not disappoint. I was shaken to find out that one night of sleep deprivation can make a person as insulin sensitive as a person with type 2 diabetes.

Helped me to fall asleep


This really helped me fall asleep. The first time I listened to it, I was out before the end. I woke up in a much better mood the next day. I plan on using this again tonight. Thanks for the help of sleeping!

Life changing audiobook

I highly recommend that everybody listens this audiobook who is interested in bettering their life. I also recommend that everybody listens to his podcast. Well audio, well researched and easy to listen book. Highly recommend!

Definitely recommend this book to anyone

This book has lots of interesting info and reasonable assertions. It does refer to some medical reports and testing to justify those assertions but without actually listening those reports, you would have to take the author at his word. However, the book has vastly improved my sleep so it has been a godsend. Definitely recommend this book to anyone who has trouble sleeping.

A most DEFINITE game changer!

I found audiobook to be an easy listen, chock full of helpful tips to get your best sleep possible. A lot of the suggestions I already knew and have implemented. Some topics like on grounding, I was not aware of. Highly recommend this book if you are someone or know someone who would like to improve their sleep!
