Important for reflux sufferers.

Good summary. Needs more review of alkaline water, snacks, and additives.
Reference should be incorporated as well as support groups and other resources.

Motivational book

I think anyone will lose weight eating as this book recommends because you are basically eating a low carb, low-fat protein diet with a lot of fruits and vegetables, using herbs and spices to accent taste. The reference in the back is great.

Best Guide

Many people think diets are too hard to follow, but the alkaline diet is mainly eating fresh fruits and vegetables, lean proteins and beans and nuts. Once it becomes a habit it becomes a part of your life. If you eat healthy foods, the diet is easy to follow.

There are numerous books available for multiple diets. With the increase of allergies and other diseases, it is becoming more important to research different diets and programs to see which works best for you. I highly recommend this book.
