Nice summary

Get Healthy Now is a short practical guide to make readers understand all of the things that add up to being unhealthy. The summary provides practical and doable guidance that is easily understood by the average joe. The narrator did a nice job!

Clear presentation of a livable diet.

This is the book I've been looking for! I've always thought it wasn't right to condemn saturated fats. This clear explanation of the way fats and proteins work together is genius. With slight changes to my diet, adding much more protein, I've lost 3 pounds in one week while eating more food. This is definitely a way of life I can stick to.

Easy to read and understand

I'm loving this book! Reading it slowly and trying to apply all that I have read on a daily basis. Very insightful, easy to read and understand. I got this book as a requirement for a class, but I actually enjoyed it. Lots of helpful tips and tricks for relaxation.

Amazing book

For example, you can start by limiting your consumption of processed foods for a week, and then try a month until you have cut them out completely. Getting healthy and staying healthy must be a choice you have made on your own; it should not be forced upon you because if it is, you are likely to quit without even trying. It should be a personal goal and you should be motivated to reach this goal. With that being said, there are some things you need to bear in mind.
