    Very informative book

    This book has provided relief for me and my family and the recipes are so good, even my kids love them. You too can find relief from this common problem by just following this well-written guide on how to control and get rid of heartburn and acid reflux.

    Very helpful book

    There are so many individuals suffering from acid reflux _ these people might find some help within this book. Apart from an in detail discussion about reflux this book also includes 25 delicious reflux free recipes. I am sure once you get the hang of the method and type of food that you could change other recipes to prevent acid reflux as well.

    Such an excellent book!

    Reflux symptoms may result from stomach acid touching the esophagus and causing irritation and pain. If you have too much acid, you can incorporate these specific foods into your diet to manage symptoms of acid reflux.

    Superb Item guidebook...

    I chose this guide from Audible. The Author well wrote it. It must be treated differently from normal acid reflux and reflux esophagitis. I found an Amazing guide for me. The plan also is well structured, I like it. I’m not vegan but I’m gonna try some of the vegan recipes, sound good!

    Thank you

    My kidney function improved by 50% and my liver improved. These improvements are due to not eating processed foods that are not only high in acid but high in sodium. I have lost 10 pounds and 4% body fat in just 30 days and I am never hungry!. I liked most of the suggested recipes in this book, but I'm not a picky eater (thankfully).

    Did a great job.....

    This lifestyle change does take some planning and willingness to cook, but soon all of that becomes commonplace. Seeing my results have made me more enthusiastic about my health and I will continue this path. I highly recommend this book. It explains what is happening in your body and how to improve it. It was easy to read and understand.

    Worth listen

    The beginning of the book is pretty straight forward and describes some of the common causes of heartburn and acid reflux and what you can do to treat this disorder. Full of learning, a great guide, worth to read!

    Worthwhile Read

    A concise and holistic approach to health and well being. Not the usual, avoid spicy food or eat more greens. Farrell incorporates TCM, meditation, exercises, etc., to provide long term healing. Thoroughly enjoyed and would read more of the author's work. Thank you!

    This book is nice and helpful.

    One of the best book.this is an incredible resource. This book is nice and helpful. There are possibly a few options being discussed to stop triggers such as smoking, alcohol, fatty foods, citrus, and stress.

    Good recipes with lots of flavors

    I enjoyed these recipes! My acid reflux has flared with all of the increased stress lately, so I have been trying to change my diet more as well to help. This book had many great recipes that were tasty and didn’t bother my reflux. They had plenty of flavors while not triggering reflux. A good book for anyone who struggles with Acid Reflux!

    Helpful book

    The cookbook starts with an overview of GERD, what it is, and how foods can impact the issue. There are charts of problem foods as well as foods that you can eat as much as you'd like. They are easy to read and very helpful. Chapters are divided by types of foods, including breakfast, snacks, meat, seafood, soups, and even desserts. There are a variety of different recipes in each chapter to give you an idea of types of meals that you can eat without upsetting your GERD issues. It is a great start--I wish there was a greater variety of recipes in each chapter.

    This is a very interesting and very useful book

    There's also more pieces of information and tips, pantry essentials, and then the recipes. There are recipes for breakfast, sides and snacks, soups and salads, vegetarian options, seafood and meats, broths sauces and condiments, and some desserts. I'll be making some soon, the recipes look pretty good and easy to make.

    Great one

    The author has also suffered from GERD, so he knows what it feels like and has done extensive research on the subject; plus, he is a registered diet. I appreciate that the author included serving sizes, caloric information, prep time, substitutions, and freezer or shelf life. Very helpful. I don't eat chicken and try to stay away from other meat, but these recipes can be turned into vegan meals easily.
