Simple and well received. Good investment!
I am a little confused because some of the steps in the book go against the research of other sleep profession, such as taking a nap throughout day, and thinking about a project while in bed. Other than that, the information was well received and good. Really enjoyed this book and found it to be most helpful!!!

Solid information
The first 20% seems a little repetitive but once the tips, 1-30 start, it sounds great. The format sounds conversational and helps one to take in the information and feel less like info bullet points. I heard some new theories, confirmed thoughts I’ve had and reinforced other point. Well organized and enjoyable.

An effettive training
The authors analyze with great research the items that can cause sleep problems. They do it with great openness towards physical, environmental and psychological factors with a true commendable attention. All the suggestions for solving insomnia are derived from the precise analysis of how many and which causes affect sleep quality. It is true that by applying their advice you train yourself to sleep better and better. With consistency and application you can reach the goal, it s sure. I ve tried on myself and I want to thank you for this very useful guide!

Stop searching, you just found the right book!
I'll be honest, in a desperate attempt to ease my sleeping problems I purchased a bunch of audiobooks and books about the topic and this was the second I stumbled upon.
After listening to it I can happily say that it presents some great solutions and tips.
I have been trying out several of these methods for the past week and I already feel more rested. It feels like I have more energy and I struggle way less when trying to fall asleep at night.
Give this book a chance, you won't regret it! Oh I also really liked the narrator.

Easy to understand and follow
This is a really good listen if you are travelling and want something interesting, informative, and easy to understand while you pass the minutes or hours on your way to your destination. The information is pretty solid, though if you are well-read or pay attention to the news on a regular basis, you have probably heard much of this information before. That's okay! Sometimes the information doesn't have to be completely unknown to you. To that end, this book would work better if the author or producer offered titles for each chapter instead of numbers. That way you can quickly zero-in on the parts you find most interesting.
Which circles back to this book working best when listened to during travel where perhaps you are not wanting to offer your undivided attention to the book and are not quite so focused on navigating around and through it.
This being the authors' first book, I think it is a solid effort and reasonably well done. Michael Korsh is a reasonably good fit for the book and reminds me of narrator Alex Freeman.
I am giving 3 stars to the story part of this review because I know this subject well and the author/producer did not optimize navigation so I could quickly find the best parts of the book that I would find most interesting. What I heard, I pretty much knew before -- but that doesn't mean YOU already know this information.
My advice: give it a try! This book is short enough, you have nothing to lose by giving a go.

I didn't know most of this!
So I have had problems sleeping since puberty. Why? I'm bipolar and I have what I call "Night Mania" where around 2-3 am I'm up and prowling the house. One night my dad found me in the living room playing records.
Yes, I am THAT old.
I needed to find a way to keep myself in my room and I started watching tv with headphones on. Then I was cranky in the morning from not getting any sleep. It got worse as I got older and then I turned to pills, weed and then meditation. Some of these worked, but only for a short time. I finally moved out to the country where there are no sounds of cars, fighting or sirens. In the last few years I wake up during the witching hour. 3 am. I can't get back to sleep and run off coffee and sugar.
After reading this book, I now know what I did wrong. ALL of it. Turn off everything, meditate, lock the cats out and if possible (THIS WAS NOT IN THE BOOK) press a pillow to the hubby's face to stifle the snoring. Actually, it helps if you can beat his furry butt to bed and fall asleep before him!
Everything I learned in this book will help me to sleep through the night and hopefully not sleep through most of the day. There are some great tips in this one and I will be using them all.

I think everyone should know about this!
30 very useful tips and well researched advice! I think there needs to be more education about this as too many people don't know much about sleep as the author says. If you have trouble sleeping and/or if you want to feel better every day, you should give it a shot!
This is definitely a subject you should not underestimate: I found particularly interesting the part about how the environment and your room can influence your sleep. Recommended.

Such an amazing book! The advice is life changing
I wish I had this book 5 years ago. If I had this book back then I'd be a completely different person. This is very well written and narrated. I found myself unable to put my headphones down. Chapter after chapter is packed with life changing advice with no fluff of filler. I am so grateful that I found this book. Do yourself a favor and buy this book!

Awesome book with hidden secrets to sleep better!
I knew that sleep is important and that it affects your day too. But I wasn't aware that there is so much to know about sleep and how to sleep better! This book really explains it point by point giving you 30 tips. I feel like just by implementing some of them you will be able to sleep well and feel better! I recommend it very much, it's really worth it.
