This audio taught me to worry less.

Guided sleep meditation by Absolute Peace puts me to sleep every night. I was so desperate to start sleeping properly and this really does the trick. If I wake in the night I just start it up again via my Alexa and off I go again. This audio taught me to worry less. The more people are to worry, the more stressful they become. I am so glad that I was able to listen to such a wonderful audio.

Really interesting audiobook

This amazingly put together audiobook has had a rather large impact on my life, I have always had issues sleeping but with this audiobook life has became less stressful and sleeping is much more less of a problem.
I feel so relaxed, this audio book really set asides your problems you have and lets you focus on your inner peace instead. For me who is someone who suffers with anxiety, this audiobook really is a life changer for me.

I got the best sleep with this audiobook. Such a good narration which suits with these hypnosis. Too soothing, only listen if you are READY to SLEEP!

Awesome listen book

I never really understood meditation in its totality but this audiobook delivered , it was concise and information filled with everything a person who is now learning about meditation needs to know, you can easily go from newbie to expert with this audiobook and the contents were easy to comprehend. I also loved learning about the benefits that goes along with meditation such as stress control and other ways to improve your life. This was a great audiobook!

Phenomenal audiobook!

This is a phenomenal audiobook! I consider it my better half's Sleep Bible! The two his rest and my rest has improved gigantically by joining a portion of the things referenced into our own lives.

This book is an unquestionable requirement purchase! What's more, tune in to the creator's web recording as well! It is VERY educational and an extraordinary tune in!

Really impressed this audiobook

This easy to listen and follow audiobook is a great tool to develop a personal meditation practice in a clear, relatable way. As a yoga teacher, the step by step meditations provide a clear guide in leading my students in meditation when I need inspiration of new ways to inspire them. But was I ever wrong! This audiobook made relaxation a real thing. I would unwind before bedtime and get actual sleep! no more brain working overtime. Simple guidelines helped the novice 'me' master techniques right away. I highly recommend.

Awesome book

Every reflection is separated into explicit advances, ordered by circumstance, and has a prelude clarifying and presenting the activity. Of all the reflection/care books out there, this one appears to be progressively legitimate, easy to use, just as a more excellent complete guide by and large so I would suggest it for anybody battling with discovering harmony consistently and additionally preliminaries.
