To the point, easy to comprehend and put to work!

How many "diet/life style" books have you read, a ton right? They always go in circles and wait to the end to really get to the meat & potatoes, as the saying goes. I was done with the audible so fast, easy to comprehend and put to work. I love that it comes with a pdf! I had to call Audible to figure out where to get it because it was a 1st me. Thanks Jorge.

Glad to have the PDF!

First, I’m not a book person, and I think a lot of what was said could almost been put into a brochure than a book. There seemed to be a good bit of repetition that stretched the content out into a book. I’m Very Glad to have the PDF that came with this audible, because I’m more of a person that wants to see what to do then to be told a long description of it. To listen to this was a little difficult for me. Some things were very educational but some things I fast forwarded through, including when I heard the testimonials come on. Some people however, may completely enjoy all of the book. Again, Thankful for the PDF.
