Feeling Good by Dr. David D. Burns is a self-help guide to using cognitive therapy (CT) as an effective, scientifically proven tool for combating depression of all degrees, especially when used in combination with therapy and possibly medication. Feeling Good offers a comprehensive strategy for changing negative perceptions and includes tools for doing so, such as mood assessment and targeted writing techniques. Too Short

Disappointingly SHORT summary. Not as good as the book. Waste of credits/money in purchasing this. :-(

Buy the OTHER Feeling Good Summary audio

I felt that this summary came across as if this excellent, helpful. and very therapeutic book, Feeling Good, was lame & judgmental toward those who are depressed, and/or have a sense of low self worth.
I felt that this summary of Feeling Good, in NO way, honored the hopefulness this book truly offers - life changing- if you do the homework.
I have the other audible Feeling Good book summary, and that one makes you want to pick up the book itself and dig in/get better. The other audible summary really gives a depressed person hope. This did none of the sort.
