Going to listen again

I really feel this was chock full of information. I listened to this on 09x while I slept. I give this a A++. Nice voice, great step by step advice and a lot of “that’s me!” Moments.
Thank you Author Avery Wright and best wishes to all of you that will listen. Never give up!

Basic Information

Thought book would teach more about how the therapies work, or more information on how to implement them. Book was more basic information on what therapies were, background or history on therapy and lots of talk about research.
