Excellent and Effective Meditations

SLEEP MEDITATION is a fabulous audiobook. The guided meditations are simply wonderful and effective. For me personally I get a lot of tension headaches and these meditations helped me to relax entirely. Thus far this is the best one I've listened to and no doubt I'll listen to it many times.
Loula Taylor's voice is so soothing and relaxing. She guides you into a perfect state of tranquility. Top notch.

Very Helpful

Well worth it! A vey good diverse collection of different kinds of meditations. Some are more simple where you’re just going through your body and mind to relax strains and others are like meditational stories with nature and all sorts of symbols. Would recommend!

Every Night Listen!

I usually struggle to get to sleep. I listen to one meditation technique each night as I lay down and I'm asleep before it's over. Fall asleep and feel better each morning.

Relaxing meditations

Nice calming meditations. Doesn’t always make me sleep per se but all those breathing exercises definitely do help me to chill out and fall asleep faster than usual.
