I've loved this program. I'm on day 36, so I've been through each practice but I have 4 more days of the last. Afterwards I plan on restarting the program, setting new intentions, along with a breathwork challenge. I am currently getting certified in a certain modality of breathwork, writing my own scripts, and I'm about to write a breathwork journey for sleep into which I will work the elements of yoga nidra. Karen's leadership program is on my list for later this year.

You will never regret Daring to Rest. It is one of the best books and programs I’ve ever experienced. A book every woman on the planet can benefit from.
