My wife is currently trying to lose weight before she gets pregnant. She's doing well but struggling at times to ditch some older bad habits. She found this audiobook bundle to be such a game changer as she now has found a new sense of confidence and determination. She has only just finished the book so time will tell with the longterm results but she already has used the techniques in this to help her stress and sleep levels.

The chapters on 'healing rejuvenating sleep (self - hypnosis) and 'simple relation (self - hypnosis) were two of her favourites but she loved the whole bundle! She found the sounds really relaxing as well as the narration.

The book has an ora about it that really made her find a new feeling of self belief and that it is never too late to change your habits. She has always had an interest in hypnosis and she now feels that it has already make such a life changing difference.

A highly recommended audiobook all round!

Whenever I try to do something simply by taking action, it doesn't or ever work. I might start with good momentum and progress but very quickly, I fall off. Whenever I use tools like affirmations or hypnosis, almost always I get the result that I want or was seeking. Sometimes it's super easy or the outcome seems magical. That's why I always tell people to use these tools first as they make the rest easy or easier. So if you're looking to lose weight, control your food addiction or eating, I highly recommend applying the tools in this book. If you put more effort here, you will need less effort there.

This is an interesting subject matter. I never considered a combination of hypnosis, basic meditations and positive affirmations besides the common steps of good sleep and eating habits can help with a healthy, non stress way of weight loss. I find it interesting that meditation techniques can help w/ your emotions and with better attitude, you're more motivated to move and exercise. Good listen.

I got this for my girlfriend, she’s been listening to different sections for a week now and she says it’s helped her so far! She’s not much of a meditator (yet) but she says the guided sections on falling asleep quickly have been really useful. She’s started practicing repeating some of the affirmations that resonated with her as well, self-affirmations have worked for me in the past so I hope they do for her too. Time will tell if she sticks with it, but I’ll support her as much as I can to help her overcome her societal and familial conditioning hampering her body image, and this audiobook is a great resource to help do just that! I have many good things to say about the book. And the audio was perfect, tone, tempo, and background music. I really liked the guided meditations and the chapter for affirmations. This was about (20) chapters ranging in time from 15-25 minute each. Very nice.
