Josh and Howard rock!

A MUST LISTEN ! After following the guidance you will find in this book, your life will never be the same.! The real and raw nature of their Socratic method toward self discovery is life altering. Be prepared to face the pig, run FAST and celebrate the even most minute changes toward their Menu, Mindset and Movement approach. When faced with the dark shadows of a cancer diagnosis, I stumbled upon this modern day superheroes of health coaching. My life has done a 180 thanks to these guys!

The Best of the Best

This is absolutely the best book of this type available. NOTHING else is even close. Get the audible book. Get the print book. Highlight it. Read is over and over while you do what is says

Excellent VERY smart, funny FYI U can DO IT!

I love this book I feel like it's summed up some of the points that my coach Andrew Taylor Spudfit has been making to me but this I can carry around with me on my phone anytime listen to and he makes me laugh Josh is such a character! Both authors are excellent smart insightful I'm so appreciative I've lost 40 pounds and I need some reinforcement and people that think the way I do where I need to think so this book really met my needs I'm so happy I found this book!

Super inspiring

Heard about the book from listening to Glen Livingston. The message gets to the heart of things. The passion in Josh’s voice and the straight shooting of Howie’s information drove in the ah ha moment - to just get started , do the things. I am left with clarity and inspiration.

Not interested in their diet

I grabbed this book based on others reviews. I was really looking forward to learning the writers story and more about his running as he ended up on a magazine cover. I wasn’t really looking to be told to eat fruits and veggies. This diet is not for me and that is okay.

Valuable information on how to just do

Great narration by the authors. I’ve followed these gents for years and am always blown away by their accomplishments and their passion for teaching others how they can help improve their lives through what they eat, intentional movement, and mindfulness. Great job Josh and Howie!

Practical and real
