This is a great book, I love that they have a lot.

This is a great book, I love that they have a lot of work outs lined out, along with photos to show you how to do them. I don't know why people are stating they don't show you how to do the workouts, the pictures are in the book. If you need more explanation then that you can easily look them up online. The workouts are hard and they have 3 levels for each one. In addition they have "Challenges" which I think is great and it lines out what you do on what day. I also like that they include stretching in the book as well. My friend and I are using this book and are having great results.

Awesome book....

I almost bought bossbody but I have spent so much money on different training programs aIready. I wish I would have known of this book sooner (could have saved a lot of $). I love weight lifting. It's my favorite way to train. HIIT is a close 2nd because it requires little to no equipment and you can get such a great workout in you're pressed for time. This book is perfect for that. Highly recommend.

I love this book....

I love this book. I am new to HIIT. I have started at the beginning and am working my way through the workouts. The instructions are clear, the workouts are doable and it work their way up in intensity. Great color pictures and guidance!

Five Stars...

This book is particularly excellent for those on a time crunch (me) who are looking to get into or stay in shape. The workouts range from 5-60 minutes with the majority of routines being 10 minutes or less. You will be AMAZED at the results that you can get in such a short period of time! Do not think that short means easy and do not think that you cannot achieve GREAT results with such little time investment. You will be investing in other ways besides time: sweat and brief periods of VERY intense work.

Informative Book....

I liked this book because it described everything from what the exercises were and how to perform them. It explained how to get your body fat percentage and gave modifications and steps of HIT. This book was a big hit for me.

I grabbed this one because I love HIIT workouts!

I really hate spending an hour of my day on working out, who has time for it? I just grabbed this so I could get to something faster. I have been pretty pleased with it so far, it gives good exercise lists and good information, time will be the great decider I suppose, but so far I am loving this book!

Great introduction to a superior training method !

Good Book on HIIT !!!

I've been doing HIIT for quite a while. I was investigating it in 2008 utilizing a "Gymboss" clock and a Polar heart rate screen. Today I go to a HIIT class once per week at my exercise center and do my own routine on a treadmill one more day amid the week. I think this book is composed well, makes them intrigue data from a few examinations regarding the matter. I do differ with the writer on utilizing a treadmill to do High Intensity Intervals. I do it consistently with great outcomes.

Perfect resource for beginners !!!

This book is the ideal manual for HIIT exercises, and incorporates amazing exercise designs. The exercise designs incorporate level 1-3, with an appraisal to enable you to make sense of where to begin. The designs are on the whole versatile, so you can alter them as required for your body. You needn't bother with weights, groups or some other gear to utilize the exercises in this book. Combine the book with a decent interim clock like Intervals Pro, and you have all that you have to get fit as a fiddle!
