Finally losing some weight!

Very well written, easy to understand and packed with information. I had already started my diet change after reading books by Josh Falenski, and this book is an excellent supplement that breaks down the concepts and explains it very well. I love the recipe section since I am always looking for a new taste to add to my diet. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to try carb cycling. I can tell you that the concept works! I've been on many 'fad' diets over the years and have yo-yo dieted quite a bit.

Good recipes book for carb cycling!

This book has loads of recipes that follow the carb-cycling diet and as discussed carb cycling overview has been tackled along with different recipes to go about with your regimen that is in line with stuffing low and high carbohydrates in your body and the recipes are easy to follow and they are as well appetizing and delicious that won't give you any guilt feelings of having excessive carbs on your meals as these menus, carbohydrate counts has been put into consideration and the information in this book was laid out perfectly.

Carb Cycling works

This book is simple to understand yet clear so you can understand how carb cycling works. I enjoyed the author’s way of writing and his honesty. This book is not just another one full of facts and uses food plans to help you make it workable. There are helpful tips on food preparation and strategies to help you be successful. The author writes from his own experiences which is really helpful as well. Excellent book.

Very interesting!!

I really believe this is great about Carb Cycling!! I believe this introductory book is loaded with a wealth of information to help you reach your weight loss goals and stay there. Thanks, Josh Falenski for the means of improving me! This is a very interesting book. I like that I can incorporate this diet into our family lifestyle. Carb cycling for everyone!


I got this book off of another site and I absolutely love it! My trainer had talked to me about carb cycling but I honestly didn't understand her explanation of it because it was too scientific. This book totally breaks it down in a way for regular people to understand easily!!! However, if you want more recipes I would advise purchasing a separate carb cycling cookbook.

Definitely Recommend..

very clear and concise info for women to get started in the CC world. I've read a couple of other books on this topic and they were a bit confusing, so I'd say this is the best one I've read on the subject so far. It covers specific concerns for women also like hormonal concerns, how to adjust for menstruation, etc.

Interesting and useful recipes

This is useful to me because I eat a gluten-free diet. There were also many delicious and filling breakfast recipes, in both the low-carb and high-carb categories. The recipes are helpfully divided into a lower carb section and a higher carb section. This book is not an instruction book on how or when to do carb cycling, but is a recipe book that people who are doing carb cycling can use, and as such, is a stand-alone recipe book that anyone can use. The book does not appear to have been edited and there are many grammatical errors, but these errors do not influence an ability to follow the recipes.

The author of this book describes every part very carefully and clearly.
By reading this book I have learned some healthy and delicious breakfast recipes, lunch recipes, dinner recipes and much more. Most of them are easy and simple to prepare. Their ingredients are available in the market. I am glad to read this book and I will suggest this book to all.

Very good listen.

I have heard a lot about carb cycling recently and wanted to give this little book a read to get a better understanding. I was really pleased with the information I gained from this book. The author does a great job of explaining the concepts, developing a plan and breaking everything down clear and concise. Very good read.
