Good for beginners

THIS IS A MUST READ!!!

Total enjoyed listening to this book.
It was carefully written, I absolutely love the fact that the steps to carry out in walking to weight loss are simplified and easy to understand even for a beginner.

The emphasis on starting small and setting realistic goals was beautiful. Indeed everyone searches for the easy way out but it shouldn’t be that way. It’s funny how walking might seem as just walking as a necessity but in this book Walking has been dissected into ways that can be beneficial. I love the fact that it covers all works of life no matter your schedule.

I could totally relate to the sedentary lifestyle as someone that mostly works from home.
The different apps that were also listed in the book for guidance in tracking ones progress is really helpful.

I recommend the book for anyone setting out to keep fit at their own pace and honestly who doesn’t want to live a healthy life.

One step at a time

This is a fantastic guide if you are overweight and need to shed some pounds. Easy to follow and a great narrator that can really deliver the instructions. Only 2 parts to follow which makes it simple to understand.

Great book

This is a great book for beginners. It gives you a roadmap to start with and get you moving each and every day. I would recommend this book whether you’re a beginner or someone that’s been walking and exercising all the time.

Achieve a sustainable happier and healthier life

Informed by my Oncologist of the importance of Walking and Intermittent Fasting, I found an excellent book on Walking by HealthFit Publishing a few months ago. They now have an audio book on walking so I decided to get a copy as audiobooks allow me to absorb knowledge whilst being active.

The audiobook provides you with advice on:
* Proper technique for walking
* How to loose weight safely and consistently
* The importance of warming up first then stretches for walking and lastly cool down.
* How intermittent fasting works and affects key hormones
* How to get started

Great motivational audiobook. I encourage each of you to incorporate Walking, Exercise and Intermittent Fasting in your life to get you to your ultimate goal. By following tips from the book, in the past three months, I lost 8 lbs and 3 inches off my waist line. All without going to the gym. So excited.

Very helpful

Great tips. I enjoyed listening to this audiobook as I walked on the beach, and it’s true, walking on the sand is harder. This audio motivated me to keep going. I will let you know what happens in 49 days.
Also It is quite detailed and offers nutrition tips which I needed. I recommend.

Five Stars

Just what I needed! Having contracted and recovered from Covid this past month with it’s residual side effects of muscle pain and fatigue, I was getting weaker by the day. The audible version allowed me to listen while recuperating. I recently started the 7 Week Walking Fitness Program, an easy-to-follow roadmap to fitness and maximum health at a pace I could manage. Just started on week 2 and doing great, feeling better every day. I use both the Weekly Walking Log and the Daily Walking Journal to document my progress which motivates me to keep on walking! I highly recommend this book for anyone at any age (I’m 73) no matter your current fitness level. My sincere thanks to the HealthFit Publishing!

Down to earth!

Weight loss book that gets right to the point. The author does a great job of setting you up for success with a 49-day plan and gives you step-by-step instructions on what you need to do. I loved the section on why you need to track your progress; other weight loss books overlooked this. If you have tried to lose weight in the past and struggled, this is the book for you. If you can walk, you can become fitter, healthier, and happier.

Needed motivation

Really liked information provided! What prompted me to get the book. Is the narrator’s voice, love his voice! I will certainly recommend this book to family and friends!
