For over 25 years, she has been integrating insight oriented and cognitive behavioral therapy with holistic methods in her research and clinical work. She resides in Wayland, MA.
Notthing new to me, but still it was interesting to go through other people's experiences and think again about how to incorporate breathing and meditation in my life. The narrator's clear but calm and soothing voice gies well with this book.
