Amazing!
Changed my whole entire outlook on life. I have problems with substance abuse and severe depression. I listened to this whole thing in one morning and my whole day was AH MAY ZING! This is the box set of books which I really liked. It was enjoyable to listen to them. They are full of advice how to improve your life. Manny suggestions on self-love, confidence and happiness. They are full of positive messages and guides for better life. They are made as 21-day challenges, but you can listen to it in one go, depending what you prefer. Even if you do not have serious problems with your self-confidence, this book is full of useful advice how to be happier. I enjoyed advice :) Francie Wyck did an excellent job as narrator. I like her style and enjoy listening to her narrate. Voice, tone, speed and tempo are really good. I will definitely listen to few books more she narrated.
I would recommend this book to people looking for self-improvement, even small changes can make difference in your life.

A clear and instructive book
Simple ideas... that are very achievable if you take the time to apply them.... more of us need to rebalance our lives to help ourselves
