Liked insights on sleep


Liked insights on sleep. I listen entire book a long time ago so I can't remember everything, but I found it interesting enough to finish which says a lot coming from me since my concentration is compromised from medical condition. Insomnia!

The author is obviously very knowledgeable

The author is obviously very knowledgeable and the book contains lots of practical steps for changing habits. I wasn't crazy about the organization of the book, but there was so much helpful information that I gave it 5 stars anyway.

Very good, most of it was for me.

As title says, and I think this is good for anyone seeking positive change in their life. The first 3/4 was awesome, and so was the last 1/4 but I am not as keen on hypno therapy type things but even with that I still enjoyed that last portion of the book. Will listen again!

Great book

Especially liked the chapter about the undertow because everyone fails at one point in their way to change. It's how you recover that makes all the difference. Highly recommended.

Highly Recommend

There are some exercises throughout the book to practice so that healing can occur. As the author states, healing does not happen overnight. It takes work on your part and time to heal completely. I definitely recommend this book for anyone who wants to move forward and find true happiness in their life.

I listen this while coaching myself through smoking cessation (and succeeded, thankfully, by the way). I gained a lot of useful insights and processes from this book. In the realm of changing your habits, it should be listed at the top. Written well and very practical!

Eye opening

Very eye opening to how your brain works and what you should expect and do when you decide to change a habit. Not like other self-help books. It's more scientific and based on facts than merely trying to be positive and make you happy. But based on this knowledge you can be more efficient in changing the behaviours that you wish to change.

Fantastic

A respectful, thought provoking book which should be required listening for all adults, and maybe relisten a couple of times at different stages in a person's life. It gives purpose and direction. What a very fortunate graduating class to have begun life hearing.
