Great diet

This book reads easily. It's interesting and I've started the diet for about two weeks. I don't have any great results to share yet, but I'm trying it as a lifestyle (as it is meant to be) not a short-term diet. I feel it is very well written and easy to follow. I'm still coming to terms with being able to eat ANYTHING within your eating window of time. I'm sure I started out overdoing that, but getting a better handle. To me, this is a simple approach that makes a lot of sense.

Incredible book

A phenomenal book, I’ll prescribe it to all that are standing out to wind up more helpful. I’m in my approach to be more beneficial and this book will assist me with getting it.

Valuable information!

I've been considering doing intermittent fasting for a while and after listening Susan I am inspired to try the OMAD diet. The author has combined this book with valuable information on diets and weight loss, but it's all simply explained. The final chapter is very motivating.

Life Changing

I found this to be very easy and quick listening for dieting and fasting tips. There is much in it I wouldn’t have thought of since I like food too much to diet, so this is very insightful to beginner dieters.

A diet to have!

There are so many fad diets nowadays and not all true to what it says. Maybe not in a way they tell it but with this kind of diet I can say this will be a good one. I am excited to show the results soon. Thanks to the author!

Nice book !

This handbook explains why Intermittent Fasting works so well and details the many scientifically proven benefits this practice has on health and longevity. Definitely the best and only diet for me. This is the only diet that I can truly lose weight quickly without being miserable. I lose 2-3 pounds a week doing this. Recommended!

I recommend this book for anyone wants to learn more about intermittent fasting. The author breaks down the processes in the body that occur during IF and Ketosis in a way that is easy to understand. This one meal a day diet will revolutionize your idea of fasting and weight loss.
