I downloaded this book because I really wanted to work on my limiting believes and shift my mindset. I really enjoyed listening to this book. The narrator's engaging tone brings the practical strategies to life, urging listeners to shed limiting beliefs and embrace a positive mindset. What sets this book apart is its real-life success stories which added a great personal touch.
Author Daniel Stirling coaches you in identifying and eliminating "mindset trash" which is his name for negative thinking patterns that hinder personal and professional growth. What a perfect name for our negative thoughts! The audiobook doesn't just stop at identification; it goes on to equip you with a diverse toolkit of mindset management techniques, from mindfulness to cognitive behavioral strategies.
I will come back to this book time and time again when I need a mindset refresh. I highly recommend it!

Very inspiring!
I hadn't heard the phrase "mindset trash" before this book, but I now understand how it succinctly captures so many concepts in a short, catchy title. There is so much trash we consume from the world nowadays, that this book is an important reminder we have to fight against that constant influx of negative information, to keep our minds and spirits strong and motivated, and feed them good habits and thoughts in order to keep pushing ourselves forward. I particularly enjoyed the Growth vs. Fixed chapter, reminding us to always have a growth mindset, to accept setbacks and criticism as learning opportunities to reach further, similar to success stories like Elon Musk and Serena Williams, and to be aware of thinking in fixed, and limiting terms. The chapters on resilience and "success on fire" were also very inspiring. Overall, a great listen!

A CLEANUP FOR YOUR SOUL!
