Marguerite Allolding, born in a quaint New England town, is a trailblazing leader with over 20 years of experience in the professional world. At 43, she is now happily settled in Metro NYC area, living with her supportive husband and two beautiful children. Her journey took her from her small-town beginnings through the bustling corporate world of Chicago and finally to the metropolis of New York. Throughout this journey, she has held several esteemed leadership roles in large and small organizations, consistently breaking through glass ceilings.
 During these years, Marguerite witnessed firsthand the untapped potential of countless talented women who were often overlooked or underestimated. This sparked a deep passion within her for empowering women and championing their voices, and inspired her to write her first book Fearless Female Leadership.
