Very informative.

it's hard to believe this book was written in a month. the author has a vast knowledge of the human mind and a clear Mac for education. awesome book!

Worth your time and money

I thought this was a great book, I highly recommend it for its content. I usually think that more authors should be the storyteller of the audiobook, I was glad the author was the reader of this book, it worked well. The person who edited the recording should be slapped and have more respect for their job. Throat clearing, coughing, and small content gaps do not belong. Don’t let that distract you, the content is good.

Kasper not only collected a bunch of good techniques in this book, but tried them all out himself and is utilizing it too when writing this book.:)

Loved this book.

The only down side to this book is not having it years ago!
If you want to optimize your life you can’t do it without optimizing your mind. Kasper gives great actionable ways to do this along with well researched but easily digestible science.

Loved it

I enjoyed reading this book and it has inspired me to understand myself and grow as a person. The advice may seem rather obvious to the spiritual enlighten, but it is a great book for the person just trying to find themselves.

Great book to pimp your mind!

I’m not used to listening to audio books and there are lots of things I will want to refer back to so will buy the book when I can find it (as does not seem to be for sale in the UAE).
