New favorite book of all time!
If you're a fan of ancient wisdom and/or self help books, this book has everything! it is a collection of distillations from some of the best and most important ancient and modern texts, put together in short digestible chapters that are written from such an integrated perspective, it's almost painfully good. If I had to pick a book for the rest of my years on a desert island, this is it. Nuf said, just get it. you're welcome in advance.
