So great and filled with useful info

The combination of journaling and working through the 21 days of meditation has really help me. I am going to reread the book and do it again but do the entire book using the 12 minute meditation time that I am now up to. Thank you

I recommend

I highly recommend this book to anyone who is struggling not only to lose weight but with their body image. This book will leave you with a much healthier and more positive view about weight loss and your body. I've read it several times and will keep picking it up every time I need to remind myself to love the body I have. Because that's when your body will start to lose the weight for you and you won't need to fight against it any more.
