Just what I needed!

This book is a powerful tool to encourage positive self talk. I tend to eat based on emotions and not hunger. I am already using these affirmations to counter that. This book is short and sweet but very useful. I highly recommend it.,

I really enjoyed listening to this Audiobook Powerful Affirmations for Weight loss. The author did a great job explaining in each chapter. Chapter 1 covered Emotional eating and that is what I really needed to get help with. I also really appreciated the chapter on Observing and obeying your true hunger. This book can really help anyone how is struggling with weight loss.
The author also has a free download for her listeners.

Beneficial and practical!

The audiobook was a pleasure to listen to. It has a good collection of affirmations on weight loss and the right mindset. I particularly like Chapter 6 about observing and obeying your true hunger. The information was beneficial and practical. The narration was excellent. I highly recommend it.

This is a useful guide for women who are struggling with guilt or shame over unhealthy habits with food. Perfect for weightloss

Just close your eyes and let these affirmations take over. A beautifully written book that goes deeper into the mind body obstacles that stop us from losing weight and gaining it. I loved it. Highly recommended.

Amazing Affirmations for Weight Loss

I've been struggling with weight loss and the biggest problem why I am not getting results is because I lack motivation getting started. This book is powerful because it's all about mindset. By learning these affirmations and repeating them on a daily basis you will start thinking more before mindlessly eating junk food or heading to the next drive-thru. Stick with listening to these affirmations for at least a week even if you need to run the book on repeat, but you will train your mind and make better eating decisions that help you with losing weight instead of trying to focus on a diet that no one wants to do.
