Actually improves mind set for weight loss

I have been listening to recordings for over two weeks now, since beginning a serious attempt at weight loss. From the first morning after hearing, I have found that food cravings are gone and maintaining my diet is practically effortless. This is the first time using a tool like this and there's a definite difference.

This book is well worth buying

This book is among the top ten self-help books I have ever read or listened to, especially for helping people lose weight through hypnosis and meditation to control anxiety and food cravings, losing weight without stress. It is definitely very helpful and worth putting into practice. I do not regret buying this book. It really motivated me a lot to think differently and to realize the reasons for my cravings for sweets and junk food. I will literally put into practice what I learned with such valuable information.

New healthy daily habits.

I had to look in the mirror with this audiobook and admit that I had never loved myself. Now, as a result of the lessons I've learned, I'm learning to embrace my body and not to hate it. I find myself meditating every day when I previously thought it impossible, this new habit encourages me to improve in all other aspects of life and gives me the calm and focus I was looking for to lose weight.

I changed my mind completely

I managed to change my mind in a radical way, and you can see immediate results in my body, I no longer have bad habits which made my body very affected both in health and appearance, which made me a very insecure person, but that is now part of the past because thanks to this audiobook everything changed.

A very interesting topic.

I never really thought that hypnosis, meditation and weight loss could be related. In this audiobook it is presented in a very interesting way how you can lose weight through these techniques with a gradual training like when you learn to ride a bicycle for the first time. It is fantastic!

Very good production from Rewire the Hypnosis for Weight Loss. It just seemed more like a chore than a lifestyle before listening to Rewire the Hypnosis for Weight Loss. I see I have some rewiring to do.

Grateful!

I have bulimia problems, although it is hard for me to accept it and I am currently in therapy to get out of this difficult problem. This book caught my attention and the first topic I listened to was the one dedicated to eating disorders. It has given me a lot of strength and courage and now I have more mastery and control of my body and it has been incredibly good for me. I am eternally grateful to the author, the meditation has helped me, and it is no lie.
