Well Detailed!!

Nothing has worked as effectively as this hypnosis manual despite my many attempts at diets and weight loss programs. The guided meditations are wonderfully soothing, and I discover that I unconsciously make healthier decisions all day long.

Practical information

Because I've been trying to avoid hearing that the way I'm eating is probably bad for me, I wasn't really sure what to anticipate from this kind of book. There has been a genuine battle with food.

I know buying this book was going to make me look in the mirror because my "good" eating habits come and go more frequently than I'd like to admit. I received concrete advice on how to gradually alter my connection with eating rather than feeling horrible about myself. Highly suggested.

Worth It..!
