Publisher's summary

Do your thoughts feel outside of your control?

It’s no secret that overthinking has negative effects on your mental and physical health including problem solving, self esteem, sleeplessness and a host of others. Most overthinkers feel they are doing themselves a favor by sifting through their ideas, but the truth is that this behavior has detrimental implications on our overall wellbeing.

As a corporate productivity coach, I have witnessed firsthand how re-training the way we think impacts our perception of ourselves and others. With the proper alignment of our thoughts, we are able to build our self-esteem, be more productive and relate better to those around us. I wrote this book to aid people who suffer from analysis paralysis and want to eliminate their patterns of overthinking.

In How to Stop Overthinking, you will discover:

  • How to put an end to judgmental thoughts
  • How to control patterns of overthinking
  • The best tactics to manage intrusive thoughts
  • Strategies to improve creativity and productivity
  • How to identify destructive patterns of overthinking
  • The best methods to improve sleep
  • How to conquer negative thought spirals
  • And so much more!

With the ideas presented in this book, you will be able to bring positive thinking habits into your life effectively and efficiently, while decreasing the temptation to follow negative ones.

You will learn how to identify destructive patterns of overthinking and proven methods for controlling the behavior. You will also learn the best tactics to manage intrusive thoughts, improve productivity and become less judgmental.

It helped me deal with anxiety

I have been through many therapy sessions in my adult life. I know all the to dos and don’ts, I have my go to tool box but in order for these things to work you have to use it. I had found myself over thinking everything over and over again.I needed this book. It was the reminder why I do these things and the tool I have to use. It’s a great book for those needing. I received this book for free but it has no bearing on my review that I am voluntarily leaving of my own volition.
