Publisher's summary

Are you looking for a solution to free your mind from all that anxiety, stress, and negative thinking that keep your thoughts stuck in constant brooding and prevent you from taking decisive action? Then keep reading...

Here's the point: even if you know it's wrong, you always find yourself in a situation of excessive concern and overestimation of issues. You can't help but keep worrying and think continuously about problems, without actually being able to face them.

We call this overthinking. But what is it exactly?

Overthinking manifests itself as an overwhelming fear that, although unrealistic, ends up taking control of your thoughts and completely blocking your actions. You cannot react in any way, but simply let it happen.

The natural reaction of the human mind is to increase the intensity of thought and make the brain work continuously, day and night, in the frantic search for a solution.

Excessive thinking generates excessive thinking. It is a process that feeds itself and leads inevitably to exhaustion, both emotional and physical because your mind never stops running and consuming energy.

If you recognize yourself in this description, then this audiobook can be of great help to you.

Just some of the topics covered:

  • How to recognize the symptoms of overthinking
  • Understanding the triggers that cause overthinking
  • Decluttering your mind
  • How to remove negative influences
  • The benefit of mindfulness meditation
  • Stop overthinking with positive self-talk
  • The importance of healthy sleeping habits
  • Neuroplasticity: regain control over stress and anxiety
  • And much, much more...

If you are genuinely motivated by the desire to reverse this vicious circle, but perhaps you never had the right approach to solving the problem, this audiobook may be what you are missing to accomplish the mission.

So what are you waiting for? Maybe you're overthinking this time too?

Don't wait any longer, buy this book today and get started!

The right book to tackle the problem effectively

I bought this book because already from the description I felt that it went straight to the point.
I listened to it all the way through, even though it's over 5 hours long, and I have to say I was extremely pleased with it: it's well written, well organized, comprehensive.
I was looking for something strongly specific and yet easy to listen to at the same time.
I found this book full of valuable content, and the concepts developed in it finally cleared my mind about the problems I've been struggling with for so long and what are possible strategies to deal with it.
A world opened up in front of me.
The essayist did a wonderful job on the composition. So, I highly recommend this outstanding book, both to those who have been stuck in the vicious cycle of Overthinking for years, but also to those who simply want to know more about how the human mind works.

Good book on overthinking

Edward Master does a fantastic job of explaining how the things we repeat to ourselves in our minds can cause us big problems and shows ways to turn that negative thought pattern into a positive one. It's really a great book for anyone who is obsessing or overthinking anything!

Listening to this audiobook allowed me to reflect. The author has made some unintuitive concepts easy to understand, and the suggestions offered to minimize the problem of overthinking are very practical.

This book has helped me a lot!

I was very impressed with the description of this audiobook and I really empathized with the image of the person who is a prisoner of the vicious cycle of overthinking, overwhelmed by worries and overestimation of the big and small troubles that life puts in front of us. I am a 45-year-old woman, married with 2 children and part time employee. My life is quite ordinary, but in recent years I feel as if the problems of daily life are taking over. Listening to this audiobook has allowed me to gain clarity on so many issues that I had not been able to fully understand until now. I'm reading it for the second time and have even given it as a gift to some of my friends.I really appreciate the chapters that recommend positive thinking as a technique to control the stress and anxiety that comes with overthinking. I've been practicing the exercises for 3 weeks now and feel much more relaxed than before and able to approach my life in a more optimistic way. I am very gratified to have purchased this audio book and highly recommend it.
