Lovely recipes

As someone who is teetering on going vegan, I loved this cookbook. There are so many amazing dishes with easy to find ingredients, it makes it simple to create in the kitchen. It’s also given me inspiration to try new things I haven’t yet ventured into. I know this little gem will be a staple as I move forward with new food adventures.

Outstanding audiobook!

The plans meet up actually rapidly and are largely supplement filled in addition to I can pursue a Vegan Keto diet in a sound manner without eating meat or dairy. The plans have been a major hit with my whole family,meat-eaters and sugar-adoring children and hubby as well.

Informative

One of the best "how to become vegan" books I've read. it's all encompassing. Russell shares all the concepts of becoming vegan and then some. I have been a vegan for 2 years and after reading this book i will incorporate meditation and yoga. thank you Russell Simmons!

Lots of nice recipes

This book is easy to follow, great twists on classic recipes and my whole family is stoked to eat meatless more and more. I am also a SUPER busy working mom, so I get my kid cooking with me and he likes the book a lot as well.

Awesome!

This book is truly adept at going into data that is significant for anyone to need to set out on a plant-based way of life. It investigates what makes up a decent and sound plant-based eating regimen and gives a nitty-gritty feast plan. The plans are great and have a pleasant assortment while being simple enough to accomplish for a feast plan. I prescribe this book for anyone hoping to spare time and eat a decent plant-based eating regimen.

Make the change!

If you have any doubts or reservations about making a lifestyle change this book will clear them up. Very informative. Black Ice does a great job narrating. I was already heading in this direction (becoming vegan) before I listened to this book. Now after I heard it there is know way I can continue to poison my body with meat and dairy products, nor can I contribute to the horrible suffering and torture the animals go thru. Thank you to Russell Simmons and the staff that put this book together you guys helped me more then you know.
