Live the life you want, not just the one you have.
Ive been plant based for 2 years now, and i lost a lot of weight at the beginning and kept the weight off for over a year . I though i would never get fat ever again so i thought i would try the rawtill4 where i eat in abundance three meals a day and ended up gaining alot of weight in 9 months. This book made me realize how to eat in portions again and how to go about it. I think this time i will be able to go back and be thin once and for all.

The book does an excellent job of answering the typical questions that someone may when they give up meat, in a way that is comprehendible and can be absorbed. It provides you with the reasons why you should go vegan, then walks you through how to do it. I gave up meat prior to listening to this book and still felt it was very beneficial.

First time I do a audible book not knowing what to expect thanks god it was free because for a book of how to eat and not have the recipes for the food needed to eat what’s there to hear .
Where is the bonus materials? It only says what to eat and then hear the bonus but there is nothing
Very disappointed

Trickle down economics somehow made it into a health book. This sucks, he said the same stuff over and over every chapter.
l loved the book. it was very informative & easy to understand. Thanks so much. I can't wait to try it.
This book has great information, tips, meal plans and exercise plans. The first part of the book was fine as an audio book, the second part was tedious with long lists and repeated words ("see chapter 14", "see the bonus materials", etc) that wasted time and felt frustrating. I wish I would have skipped the audio purchase and just gotten the Kindle version.
