Really useful workout!

Would you consider the audio edition of The 10 Minute Six-Pack Ab Workout Routine to be better than the print version?

Yes, because I could listen to it while jogging. I also listen to this on the way to the gym sometimes because I fall out of routine and start to go off track. Author was also a personal trainer, so it helps to have real advice for once!
