I already feel more supple

I work from home and now that it’s hard to get to the gym, my body began to tighten up and I developed poor posture and didn’t know what to do about it. I came across this book and so relieved I did because it provides the best workouts to perform at home for free. I love it and recommend it to everyone!

I would say, this book is absolutely one of the best book ever that guides readers and gives valuable tips on gyms. I have Learned a lot of exercises I've never heard because of this audiobook. This book has provided me with the strategy to achieve my fitness goals and save some cash.
I came across this audible audiobookbook on the internet but am proud to say I have benefited because after listening to the author's narration, I have coined positive hints that helped me provides the best workouts at home without paying cash outside again. I found the illustration of this audiobook so helpful

Informative and Relevant!

I am actually tired of every day gym, the gym is simply not working well for me as it can be demotivating for me but the book provides Calisthenics which to focus on movement giving control of the body. It gives lots of tools to use so people like me don't have to figure out what to do. I can actually form a routine which will help to take control of my body to do exercises with the tips in the book, The book gives the benefit and how to do the movement and have an established
90 degrees push up and split which is actually not hard. I can control my progression and I have better understanding of Calisthenics and I can build a healthier life style. I hope to be able improve my physic by applying the knowledge in the book to achieve my goal so I can reach my desired health goal.

Bible for Bodyweight Training!

I started doing home workouts during the pandemic only to find out that how difficult it is without proper guidance or equipment. I developed several body aches and stiff muscles along the way which were really not what I wanted. Thank god I discovered Milo and this audiobook. The first book in the bundle covers the basics of gym-less workout equipping one with the right guidance for responsible workouts and the second half contains the workouts themselves. Even if the gym reopens again, I am going to stick to this DIY method! I would have given it TEN stars out of five If I could. Totally worth it!

Stretch and strengthen the right way

Bad location, lack of funds, and limited time. Even before lockdowns were a thing, it has always been hard for me to stay consistent with my workouts. I was of the mind that gyms were the only place I could exercise and that barbells were the only way to stay fit, but if I had the slightest excuse to not go ("I'm tired from my all day sedentary sit-down job" or "Meh, it's Winter and it's too dark to go outside" or something like that) I would not go. The conditions had to be perfect, which we know they never are. If not for the pandemic, I would have never figured I could just work out at home. But with so much calisthenics and flexibility information and misinformation floating around the web, I got overwhelmed and it took me forever to get out of information-collecting mode and off my butt. So I am glad to have come across this audiobook. It details the best bang-for-your-buck bodyweight exercises and stretches in an easy-to-follow format. They are simple, well explained, and have many variations and progressions to keep me busy for a long time. I might never go back to the gym again, even once it reopens. I can just save time and money by exercising in my hallway.

You Need This, Especially In Our Current Times!!

This has been heaven sent! I have been working from home for the past year and with the gyms being closed I have been finding myself less flexible and losing muscle & power. To be able to get both the gymless workout & use it or lose it has been a no brainer. As well, Milo provides us with even more value by adding a free workout planner to help us track our workouts and stretching routines. Thank you Milo this has been one of the best calisthenics workouts I've had to date, it's impressive how much of a sweat you can get by working out using your own body weight.
