Fantastic book and very useful

I gave this book to my parents who are both over 60 as I noticed they are both not exercising much. I was so surprised with how focused and devoted they have become with their exercise regime. An audiobook for older people is such a great idea and this book is so detailed and useful I highly recommend it!

Practical, Helpful Exercises

Bought this for my parents who are both now over 60, and are seeking ways to keep in shape during COVID. Someone had recommended this to me who got it for his parents, and figured why not give it a shot. My parents love it, they apparently can do the exercises daily, and there are a large enough variety that different muscle groups are effectively targeted.

The narrator is easy to understand and follow, and the progression of the exercises works with the body, without straining or over exerting. Very happy with this.

Seniors Easy Guide to Fitness (Must Read)

7 Minute Fitness Strength Training for Seniors and over 60+ is a great book to get you back into shape with only a few minutes a day. My Wife and I have been looking for something that Grandma can do. After reading the book and following along to her favorite was the yoga poses. Grandma has been able to move around a lot better. This book motivated Grandma to actually want to work on strength. She isn't super strong however so far her grip has gotten stronger. She do not drop many items from her hands. I have noticed she has been sitting in her chairs straighter. When walking outside I have noticed she do not give all of her weight onto my arm when I help her. This book is amazing and is a must read.

Apparently, muscle loss is not inevitable with age

This was one of three similar books I had on my playlist on exercise for seniors. I was already familiar with strength training technique, so I wanted a refresher specific to older adults. I found it here. To think all my Nan has to do is do a little workout for seven minutes! Well, I can’t wait to try the 7-day strength training plan. Even so, this book is highly recommended!

Great easy guide

Bought this to help my dad and honestly learned a lot myself. It’s good to know it’s never to late to work on your strength training. I think it’s great motivation too, as sometimes we treat our older loved ones as if they are too frail to continue a full life.

Extremely helpful!

Got this book for my dad as I've seen his physical health deteriorate over the last few years. He used to be really active in his younger years but since retirement, he's been spending most of his days sitting in his armchair!

I knew this book would be good to introduce a little bit of physical exercise to him.. He told me he likes the chapters on the chair yoga..he said he can cope with doing 7 minutes a day for now. He is planning on doing more once he builds up a little more strength.

The author has provided a huge amount of information on a variety of simple exercises for the seniors from beginners to some who are a little more active.

Great book all seniors should listen to and implement the advice especially if you want to start with simple exercises and do more strength building training. This book has everything you need.

Easy to follow, no nonsense guide.
