I knew this book was going to be a short one. Yet I was not expecting it to be compose of 3 chapters 3min each. Not enough information.
Sometimes smaller is better. I realize this book was extremely short, but it did a great job of providing priceless information to help me with my nutrition. Nutrition can have a bigger impact on your health than physical training and this book shows that.
