This wasn't an eye opener or gave you any real good insight. It was read very perfectly, but without enough real emotion. I'd pass and find an online support group to help instead. Sorry JennyCraig! I love the meal plan but not the book.
Good listen, some great tips but refers to charts and lists in the book that obviously not supplied with audio. Try to find chart on the web first may help otherwise good.
