Excellent

Great audiobook for anyone wanting to start the Keto diet Vegan Low Carb. It has some really interesting recipes and a 30 day Meal Plan to help you get started. I myself am vegan low and thought this was a good idea to offer Keto to Vegans and replace vegan low carb options.

I am halfway through the book and I like it a lot

I am halfway through the book and I like it a lot so far. It is chock full of a lot of great information. I tried Atkins once and I was so lethargic and gave up on carb diets. I needed this book that would explain the plan in more depth and this was successful at doing that diet.

Dairy is included which is not vegan. The ladies voice that narrates is nice however.
