Pretty good

Having been locked in a cycle of overeating, I have, like so many people, shamed myself. I already tried a number of lifestyle changes but they took me nowhere. I still ended up thinking about my favorite process foods and how they’ll satisfy me. Luckily, I found this guide and it provided me the proper way out.

Changed my view on foods.

Restoring my ability to make positive choices is one of the many benefits I noticed as I control my appetite these past few weeks. I already know how to recognize processed and restaurant foods for what they are and surprisingly, I no longer crave for them. This is totally changing my view on foods which I don’t have the power to do before.

An end to the pure poison: overeating!

Sad to say, what keeps me going is the fact that I think a lot about junk food many times a day and the thought that I can get to eat them in few hours gave me so much satisfaction. Until I began to notice it’s becoming more and more of an obsession already. I came here with the hopes that I’ll be able to cure it and I found ways-SIMPLE but POWERFUL ways in putting a stop to this pure poison.

Sounds promising!

I’m one of those many people who are struggling with their weight. And lately, it feels harder and harder to move that I feel useless most of the time. This audio piece sounds promising! A detailed written plan for healthy eating

Solution to my problem.

I have just stumbled upon the formula to stop overeating and I thought I have to act fast in applying the principles I’ve just heard here. As weeks passes by, I feel like I’m gaining weight. And added to the fact that I’m always busy, I really have no time to go over the internet to look for answers or even apply on some diet programs. Challenging but it's worth it.

I spent countless hours in audible site perusing sugar detox books because I’m not sure where to begin with. Curiosity got the best of me, and I downloaded this.
